How to Purchase a Dress From 

 A Formal Choice

1.  HOW DO I GET A PRICE LIST.. WHY ARE YOUR PRICES NOT DISPLAYED?

If the price is not listed for the gown you are interested in, it is because of agreements with our manufacturer.  At this time Venus Bridal does not allow any prices to be displayed on the internet.  You must email or call us and we are happy to give you a price list or just quote one or two different prices for you.  The easiest is to e-mail us and request a price list either for Bridals or Bridesmaids (mother's dresses are in the bridemaids section)

2.  CAN I PAY WITH A CREDIT CARD? DO I have to use Pay Pal?

We accept all credit cards. Using pay pal is not required.  When you are ready to purchase, simply click the BUY NOW or ADD TO CART button (or pay this invoice button if you are sent an ivoice) and then click the link below the Pay Pal Sign in and you can use any credit card to pay for your purchase.  Most buttons will take you to a page that looks like the image below, if your page is not exactly the same just read through the page and there will be a link that says... USE A CREDIT CARD

3.  CAN I USE PAY PAL?

YES! you can use your pay pal account.

4.  HOW DO I PAY FOR A DRESS THAT DOES NOT HAVE A BUY NOW OR ADD TO CART BUTTON?

You have 2 options:

1.  Call us during business hours and we can process it over the phone. Call us at 253-446-5030

2. Call or Email us (ANYTIME!) and we can send you an internet invoice to your email address and you can just click through and pay it online.  The information we will need is:

1. Dress style number and/or name
2. Size needed or measurements
3. color needed
4. date of your event

5.  CAN I CALL AND PURCHASE A DRESS OVER THE PHONE EVEN IF IT HAS A BUY NOW BUTTON?

YES!
