Note: The"Hollow"is normally the indention at the base
of the neck just above the collarbone. We have always found it less confusing to just
measure from the top of the shoulder which is very close to the same measurement
anyway. So when we say "hollow to hem" we are really talking about the top of the
shoulder strap area to the hem of the skirt.
