All dresses below can be made with longer sleeves - ANY MEASUREMENT from the
underarm
 Generally before the elbow is 5" - just after the eblow is
9" 3/4 sleeve 11" and full length sleeve is 13". We can cut to any measure for $35.
lengthened sleeves will be changed from Tulip to straight sleeves.
Also any neckline can be raised either 1" or 2". Take
note: if you are 5'4" or shorter and are ordering size 14 or higher, you WILL DEFINATELY
need the shoulders lifted when the dress arrives, THIS WILL RAISE THE NECKLINE- but
not change the dress in any way. For example size 18 will raise the neckline about
1/2"
